Rate:
- $200 per hour per party for cases with 2 parties.
- $175 per hour per party for cases with 3 parties.
- $150 per hour per party for cases with 4 parties.
- A rate of $750 per hour split among all parties will apply for cases with 5 or more parties.
- The number of parties will be determined by the number of attorneys/parties negotiating or presenting independently of the others.
- Rate covers time conducting mediation/arbitration, reviewing documents/evidence, and drafting any arbitration award.
Minimum Charge:
- 3 hour minimum charge for half day mediations/arbitrations.
- 6 hour minimum charge for full day mediations/arbitrations.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations within two weeks but more than one week (8-14 days) before the scheduled mediation or arbitration will be subject to a cancellation fee of half the minimum charge for the event that was scheduled.
- Cancellations within 1 week (7 days or less) of the scheduled mediation or arbitration will be subject to a cancellation fee of the full minimum charge for the event that was scheduled.
- No cancellation fee will be charged if:
- Cancellation is made within 48 hours of scheduling.
Travel and other costs:
- No travel charge for videoconferencing or for travel within Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Hendry Counties. Travel outside of these counties will be charged at $100 per hour.
- Should an overnight stay be necessary, lodging reimbursement will be billed at actual cost.
- Limited conference room space may be available at no additional cost for in-person conferences at our offices in North Fort Myers. Should the parties require conference room rental, any such costs will be separate. We will work with you to secure a location of your choice if that is the parties' preference. - All invoices will be split evenly among all parties unless agreed otherwise.
- Payment is due within 30 days of being invoiced. We appreciate prompt payment.
